Velora Strategy ("Velora", "we") is a B2B marketing studio based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through velorastrategy.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you choose to share. When you email us or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company and anything you tell us about your business.
Booking a call. Calls are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the information on its booking form and shares it with us so we can prepare for the conversation. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that service.
Basic technical information. Our website host may record standard server information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and running. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We use your information to respond to you, prepare for and hold our conversations, send proposals you've asked for, and deliver our services if you become a client. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for legal and accounting reasons.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
